Control device 20 for controlling the speed of the hydraulic motor 22 includes a housing 26 defining a first cavity (28). Speed valve 30 is disposed in the first cavity 28, and is movable between the first speed position valve 98 and the second speed valve position 100. The first cavity 28 comprises a speed valve pressure chamber 42 disposed at one end of the speed valve 30. Speed valve spring 44 is disposed at the other end of the speed valve 30. Housing 26 is moved to speed the valve 30 between the speed change port 94 and the and the applied pressure to the speed valve 30 and also the first speed valve position 98 and the second speed valve position 100 the interconnect speed changing passage 96 to the rate valve spring 44 for sending directly to the pressurized fluid to the speed of the valve pressure chamber 42, the speed change pressure chamber and the speed change port 94 to bias against to further regulations.
