Fuse unit including a fuse element includes a first resin body and the second resin body. A second resin body being connected to a first resin body by a hinge, and is configured to be bent relative to the first resin body. A pair of first side walls and the pair of second side wall is provided on the first resin body and the second resin bodies, respectively, and extend in the direction crossing the axis of the second bending the resin body. A pair of engagement portions that are provided on fastening arm which is provided in the first side wall, respectively, and has a first inclined surface, respectively. Portions which engage a pair of has a second inclined surface which is configured and provided in the first side wall, respectively, corresponds to the portion of engagement, respectively, in contact with the first inclined surface and the surface of contact in each of the second resin body bent state. A first inclined surface and the second inclined surface is formed along the direction in which the second resin body intersects the direction of the reaction force due to the spring back of the fuse element to be generated in accordance with the warp.
