PURPOSE: A metal filter with a multi-layered structure and a filtering method of the same are provided to maintain the quality of products by eliminating contaminants due to foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: A metal filter with a multi-layered structure includes a metal filter of at least three layers. The sizes of meshes in the metal filter are identical or different. The meshes are formed between the layers of the filter or in the vertical direction of the filter. The sizes of the meshes are less than or equal to 20um. The sizes of meshes in the uppermost layer of the metal filter are between 70 and 120 mm^2. The sizes of meshes in the lowermost layer of the metal filter are between 0.1 and 1mm^2.
