The hydraulic damper assembly includes a main body, the main piston, the valve body, the valve sleeve, the valve spool and an elastic energy storing member. The valve body and the piston is disposed in the main body. The valve body defines a cylindrical passage connecting the first chamber, second chamber, and the first chamber and the second chamber. The valve sleeve is arranged to be movable in the cylindrical passage. The spool is arranged to be movable within the bore of the valve sleeve. Elastic energy storing member may be disposed between the valve sleeve and the valve spool. Hydraulic oil in proportion to the amount of the first chamber and the second chamber between flow to allow it to the valve sleeve and spool with each other in for movement by forming an opening of at least a portion of the first chamber or the second chamber to the exposure such that the pressure of the first chamber or the elastic energy stored in the inductive element when the one of the second chamber is compressed.
