PURPOSE: A conduit manhole for water and sewage having a natural ventilation function using wind is provided to prevent a worker from being suffocated by ventilating the inside the manhole using wind. CONSTITUTION: A conduit manhole for water and sewage having a natural ventilation function using wind comprises an air inlet pipe(10), a wind chest(20), a rotary connector(30), a directional blade(40), and a discharge pipe(50). The air inlet pipe vertically penetrates through the upper slab of the manhole and has a transfer path for supplying external air to the inside the manhole. The front surface of the wind chest is opened, and the top, side, and rear surfaces are closed to receive wind therein. The rotary connector connects the wind chest to the air inlet pipe. The directional blade adjusts the inlet direction of the wind chest. The discharge pipe discharges air from the manhole to the outside.
