PURPOSE: A thermocouple with two tabs spaced along a transverse axis and a method for deciding a temperature of a part of an electrical conductive substrate are provided to accurately decode a temperature by a drift thermocouple when excessive EFF noise is diminished and to diminish changes caused by signal noise. CONSTITUTION: A method for deciding a temperature of a part of an electrical conductive substrate(207) is like next. A thermocouple comprising a first thermoelectric element(303) and second thermoelectric element(307) is provided. The first thermoelectric element is formed from a first thermoelectric material and comprises a first apical portion(303a) and a first distal portion(303b). The second thermoelectric element is formed from a second thermoelectric material and comprises a second apical portion(307a) and a second distal portion(307b). Each apical portion of first and second thermoelectric elements is respectively connected to a part of an electrical conductivity substrate so that a thermocouple circuit is formed. An electric current flows through electrical conductivity substrate so that the electrical conductivity substrate is heated.
