PURPOSE: A rotor blade with a control pipe is provided to satisfy long lifetime and maintenance is not much needed. CONSTITUTION: A rotor blade(1) includes a blade(5), a fastening part(9), and a control pipe. The fastening part allows the rotor blade to be attached in a hub of a driving mechanism. The control pipe includes a cylindrical shaft and a coupling part(56). The coupling part allows the control pipe to be slidingly moved above the fastening part to couple the control pipe to the rotor blade. The fastening part of the rotor blade and the coupling part of the control pipe have a section shape for tightly connecting the rotor blade and the control pipe.
