PURPOSE: A manual unfolding and automatic folding umbrella is provided to completely fold a pole based on the movement relation of a pulling wire and the pole by modifying the pulling wire and an umbrella folding member. CONSTITUTION: A manual unfolding and automatic folding umbrella includes a pulling wire structure. The puling wire structure includes at least lower housing wire(140). One end part of the lower housing wire is in connection with a lower housing. Another end part of the lower housing wire is in connection with a pipe. A clamping member(170) is installed between a pole and the lower housing and between the pole and the pipe. The clamping member fixes the position of the lower housing or the pole. The clamping member is controlled based on a controlling member in a handle. An umbrella folding member is arranged at one position of umbrellas ribs and the pole. The umbrella ribs and the pole are completely folded b on the umbrella folding member.
