摘要:
PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a calcium aluminum sulfate short staple is provided to largely reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a calcium aluminum sulfate short staple comprises: a step of dissolving aluminum sulfate in water to prepare an aluminum sulfate solution; a step of mixing calcium salt and water to prepare slurry; a step of mixing the aluminum sulfate solution and slurry to prepare a mixture solution; a step of heating the mixture solution at 30-50°C. The calcium salt is selected among calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, and calcium sulfate.

目的:提供一种制造硫酸铝铝短纤维的方法,以大大降低能耗和二氧化碳排放。 构成:一种制造硫酸铝短纤维的方法包括:将硫酸铝溶解在水中以制备硫酸铝溶液的步骤; 将钙盐和水混合制备浆料的步骤; 将硫酸铝溶液和浆料混合以制备混合溶液的步骤; 在30-50℃下加热混合溶液的步骤。 钙盐选自氧化钙,氢氧化钙,碳酸钙和硫酸钙。
