PURPOSE: A drill for maxillary sinus graft surgical operation is provided to prevent the lifetime of a drill from being reduced. CONSTITUTION: A drill(1) for maxillary sinus graft surgical operation comprises a drill rod(100), a cutter, a saline solution supply hole, and a punch unit. The cutter(211) cuts the alveolar bone when punching the maxillary sinus. The saline solution supply hole supplies saline solution to the inner side of the cutter in order to cool heat generated by the friction between a cutter and the alveolar bone. The punch unit(200) is prepared in one side of the drill rod.
