PURPOSE: A foreign metal material detector having a dual conveyer, capable of minimizing the installation of a belt conveyor, and a packing system using the same are provided to simultaneously perform the classification and detection of the products mixed with foreign metal materials into good products and poor products at a lower conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A foreign metal material detector having a dual conveyer comprises a detecting part and classifier. The detecting part detects whether a foreign metal material is mixed in the product packed with a metallic wrapping paper moving on an upper conveyor(31). A classifier classifies the products moving on a lower conveyor(51), according to a detection result of the detecting part, into good goods and inferior goods. The lower conveyor is installed in the lower part of the upper conveyor and receives the product, in which the detection process by the detecting part is completed, from an upper conveyor. The lower conveyor transfers the products in a traveling direction and in an opposite direction of the upper conveyor.
