Discloses a method for determining an analyte in a sample, reagent, kit and system, in which method black chemiluminescent-labeled specific binding of a fixed member, the activator-labeled specific binding member; Selective signal inhibitor, and by addition of the sample to form a reaction mixture in an aqueous solution, in which chemiluminescence - the fixed labeled specific binding member, and the activator-labeled specific binding member is bound to the analyte present in the sample and forming a bonded composite; Present in the reaction mixture analytes - it involves the addition of the trigger solution to the reaction mixture to emit a detectable chemiluminescent signal correlated to the amount of bound complex bond.
