PURPOSE: An ultraviolet ray irradiator for enhancing osseointegration and a surface treatment method of a dental implant using the same are provided to improve cell activation and osseointegration. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet ray irradiator for an implant comprises: a chamber(10) in which an optical irradiation space is formed; a door(20) which is installed in the chamber and opens and closes the optical irradiation space; a table(30) which is installed in the optical irradiation space of the chamber and in which an implant member is installed; a light source array module(50) which is installed in the chamber and in which a plurality of light sources are arrayed in a fixed pattern; and a rotary unit which rotates the implant member mounted on a table.
