PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating a solar energy using a solar ray and wind power and an illumination system including the same are provided to increase a space design and an environment friendly freedom and perform not only solar power generation but also wind power generation. CONSTITUTION: A rotating unit(110) comprises a blade(112), a rotary shaft(111), and a solar cell array(114a). The blade revolves with a wind force. The rotary shaft is combined with the blade and revolves with the blade. The solar cell array is arranged in one side or the both sides of the blade and generates a current by sunlight. A generating part(120) includes a wind power generation module and a solar power generation module. The wind power generation module receives torque by the blade and supplies the current to an electricity accumulating part(130). The solar power generation module receives the current from the solar cell array in an induction current mode and supplies the current to the electricity accumulating part.
