The present invention relates to a bio-composite materials produced by the electrospinning method using a synthetic polymer and a silk fibroin powder in order to overcome the disadvantages of the synthetic polymers as a biomaterial. In the bio-synthetic polymer composite material of the present invention it was used as a substrate material, silk fibroin powder was used as the dispersed material to enhance the mechanical properties, adhesion and cell propagation. Bio-composite materials of the present invention there is obtained a composite material webs (composite webs) with a straight stretching characteristics (mechanically orthotropic behavior) is obtained, and mechanically through the electrospinning.
