좀더 구체적으로 본 발명의 브라운가스고온소각로는 액상폐기물소각실에서 액상폐기물용 브라운가스버너에 의해 PCBs액상폐기물을 1,600℃의 고온으로 소각처리하고 동시에 폐변압기에 묻어 있는 PCBs는 폐변압기가열실에서 폐변압기를 600℃로 가열하여 PCBs를 유증상태로 증발시킨 후 1,100℃ 이상의 고온으로 완전 소각시킴으로써 PCBs오염물질을 완벽하게 제거하도록 구성한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은 PCBs에 오염된 폐변압기 내부에 들어 있는 고가의 코어와 코일을 적법한 방법으로 재활용할 수 있는 아주 유용한 발명이다.
