본 발명은 배가스 정화용 촉매탑의 활성탄 발화 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 촉매탑(10)의 내부에 스팀공급관(20)과 온도측정센서(50)가 설치된다.
상기 온도측정센서(50)의 측정값이 설정값 이상이 되면 제어유니트(60)에 의해 전자제어밸브(40)가 개방되어 스팀공급원(30)으로부터 활성탄 더미 내부로 스팀이 분사된다.
따라서, 활성탄의 발화를 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이상 발화한 경우에도 즉시 소화할 수 있게 된다.
따라서, 촉매탑(10)의 정화기능이 정상적으로 수행된다.

상기 온도측정센서(50)의 측정값이 설정값 이상이 되면 제어유니트(60)에 의해 전자제어밸브(40)가 개방되어 스팀공급원(30)으로부터 활성탄 더미 내부로 스팀이 분사된다.
따라서, 활성탄의 발화를 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이상 발화한 경우에도 즉시 소화할 수 있게 된다.
