PURPOSE: An anti-collision communication system of an aircraft is provided to implement the anti-collision with a manned aircraft by enabling an unmanned aircraft to collect the information of the manned aircraft. CONSTITUTION: In an anti-collision communication system of an aircraft, a manned aircraft has a communications system. The communications system comprises a transponder, a communications control module, and a traffic database. An unmanned aircraft has a communications system. The communications system includes a UAV interrogator, a UAV communication unit, a UAV communications control module, and a UAV flight information database. The UAV interrogator is comprised of a transmission unit, a receiver, and a decoder. A GCS has a communications system including a GCS communications unit, a GCS communications control module, a GCS flight information database, and a pilot manipulator.
