摘要：
PURPOSE: An image noise removing device and method thereof are provided to remove the noise of a color image. CONSTITUTION: A channel image correcting unit(110) corrects residual channel images except for channel image to currently process among a plurality of channel images by using a channel image which is currently processed. The noise removing unit(120) removes the noise of a channel image which is currently processed by using a channel image which is currently processed and corrected residual channel images. A color image reorganization unit(130) combines a plurality of channel images in which the noise is removed if the noise of a plurality of channel images is removed. The color image reorganization unit reorganizes a color image which the noise is removed.
