PURPOSE: A device for cooling and heat exchange of slag is provided to implement fast cooling by forming air flow through a cyclone structure to restrict cohesion of slag. CONSTITUTION: A device for cooling and heat exchange of slag comprises cooling and heat collecting units(110,120,130) and a refrigerant channel(140). The cooling and heat collecting units include slag insertion parts(112,122,132), slag discharge parts(113,123,133), refrigerant insertion parts, and refrigerant discharge parts. The slag insertion and discharge parts are formed on the top and bottom of bodies(111,121,131) formed in a cyclone structure. The refrigerant insertion and discharge parts formed on the side and top of the bodies. The cooling and heat collecting units draw in high-temperature slag particles through the slag insertion parts and discharge cooled slag particles through the slag discharge parts. The refrigerant channel is connected to the refrigerant insertion parts so that low-temperature refrigerant is drawn into the bodies and the refrigerant heated through heat exchange with the slag particles is discharged through the refrigerant discharge parts.
