PURPOSE: A method of packaging an absorbent article and attaching the absorbent article to an undergarment is provided to individually package disposable absorbent article. CONSTITUTION: A method of packaging an absorbent article(12) and attaching the absorbent article to an undergarment comprises: a step of offering a triple-folded absorbent article in which a middle part(20) is located between a first folding line and a second folding line; a step of offering a pouch for receiving the triple-folded absorbent article; a step of opening the pouch along the first end edge of a sheet material and lifting the sheet material; and a step of removing a peel strip while opening the pouch.
