This system is provided for positioning the patient on a bed for the upper SBRT. The system comprises a patient support panel and at least one position / fixed component such that releasably mounted on the patient support panel to immobilize the body part of the patient in the desired position. The patient support panel is an indexed spaced series in the longitudinal direction and bopam the side rails extend in pairs the longitudinal direction of the side rail is accommodated locking bar to it attached to the position / fixed component to the non-consecutive index position and a of the opening. The at least one location component includes a pair of fastening mechanism for releasably binding a component from any longitudinal position along the side rails to the side rail.
