PURPOSE: A curtain and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which provide soft feeling like shamois leather and achieve energy reduction effect by good insulation. CONSTITUTION: A curtain manufacturing method comprises: a step of laminating natural cork wall veneer(10) or natural cork wallpaper on both sides or one side of flame-retardant processed synthesis vinyl sheet or normal fabric using an adhesive and aging the cork wall veneer or natural cork wallpaper; a step of drying the attached cork side after grinding, brushing, coloring, printing, flame retardant coating; and a step of cutting a curtain.
