PURPOSE: An emotional lighting system is provided to offer mental stability and pleasant environment to a user by implementing an image display of various shape and format corresponding to the emotional information. CONSTITUTION: An environment information collecting unit(102) collects the information on external environmental factor and the inner factor. An emotional information storage unit(103) stores human emotion state and the light state information according to the environmental factor. An emotional lighting extraction unit(105) extracts the lighting and image display content corresponding to the environmental information collected by the environmental information collecting unit.
