PURPOSE: An opening/closing structure for fluid passage is provided to minimize flow path resistance during flow path deformation by the integration of an opening/closing unit with cover. CONSTITUTION: An opening/closing structure for fluid passage comprises a housing(100) and a valve assembly(200). The housing comprises a supply flow path(110), a bypass flow path(120), a cooling flow path(130), and a mounting hole(140). The coolant passing through an engine flows in the supply flow path. The bypass flow path guides coolant provided through the supply flow path to the engine again. The cooling flow path guides the coolant provided through the supply flow path to the radiator. The mounting hole is formed on one side of the housing. The valve assembly is installed in the housing to be detachable. The valve assembly has a cover(210) and an opening/closing unit(250). The cover opens and closes the mounting hole.
