摘要：
PURPOSE: An extrusion device for manufacturing aluminum plates is provided to minimize the thickness variance of an aluminum plate by the gradual extrusion of extruded materials through an extrusion hole. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion device for manufacturing aluminum plates comprises a container(2), an extrusion die(1), a dummy block(3), and a RAM(4). The container accepts aluminum billets. The dummy block and the RAM extrude the aluminum billets in the container to the extrusion die. The extrusion die has an inlet(1a), an outlet(1b), and an extrusion hole(1c). The size of an extrusion hole is reduced in a step form from an inlet for the press-fitting of the aluminum billet to an outlet for the extrusion of the aluminum billet and corresponds to the thickness of the aluminum plate.
