PURPOSE: A polyatomic molecule decomposition device using latent heat generated by the supply of electrons is provided to minimize pollution by supplying electrons to effectively decompose emissions. CONSTITUTION: A polyatomic molecule decomposition device using latent heat generated by the supply of electrons comprises a tubular housing(110), a cathode member(120), and an anode member(130). The cathode member, which is formed by weaving first yarn into a net shape, is arranged in the direction crossing the air flow along the hollow of the housing and electrically connected to the cathode of a DC(Direct Current) power source(10). The first yarn comprises carbon yarns, conductive yarns, and glass yarns which are twisted together. The anode member is arranged to parallelly face the cathode member and has vent holes(131) for ventilation.
