PURPOSE: An indexable cutter having an exchange-type ball cutter head is provided to increase productivity by reducing a replacement time by separating a ball cutter head from a ball cutter body. CONSTITUTION: An indexable cutter comprises a ball cutter body(10) and a ball cutter head(20). The ball cutter body is composed of an insertion hole(11), a key groove(12), and a combining hole(13). The key groove is formed on both side of the insertion hole. The combining hole is communicated with the insertion hole. A fixing piece(14) having an oblique part(14a) is combined in the combining hole.
