PURPOSE: An optical image shutter is provided to enable a user to obtain correct measurement result or high quality images. CONSTITUTION: An optical image shutter comprises a passive optical filter and an active optical filter(42). The passive optical filter has a fixed refractive index. The active optical filter has varied refractive index. The passive optical filter comprises a first layer and of the first refractive index and a second level of a second refractive index. The first layer and the second level are alternately laminated.
