摘要：
PURPOSE: A loop making apparatus for a wire rope is provided to make a wire rope product of good quality through rapid and easy formation of a loop. CONSTITUTION: A loop making apparatus for a wire rope comprises a semicircular rope holder(3), a hinge plate(7), a needle rod(14) and a support plate. The semicircular rope holder is coupled to the piston rod of a cylinder(10) fixed on the support plate. The cylinder is fixed with a pin(8) on the hinge plate. The needle rod with a flange fixed by a bolt(15) and a nut(16) opens the interval between the strands of the wire rope. A substrate(17) with a stepped hole(17A) is fixed to the supporting plate.
