摘要：
PURPOSE: A grinder with a rotating guard is provided to simply process a work without a tool by changing a location of a guard according to a working position. CONSTITUTION: A grinder with a rotating guard comprises: a packing gland(30) which is comprises a base(31) and a joint(32) which has a locking groove(33) along the circumference of the joint; a wheel which processes a workpiece by power which is transferred from a driving part; a combining band(50) which is located on the outer circumference of the packing gland and moves and rotates; a guard(60) which is installed on the upper part of the wheel in order to protect an operator during operation; and a switching member(70) which rotates the guard with being fixed or moved on the packing gland.
