PURPOSE: A bow handle and a bow with the same are provided to enable a beginner to accurately control the right location of the bowstring by installing a display part with scales. CONSTITUTION: A bow handle(100) comprises a movable piece(120), a screw(160), and a screw rotating unit(170). The movable piece has a fixing groove which fixes a blade. The movable piece moves the blade leftward and rightward. The screw is screwed with the movable piece. The screw moves the movable piece through the rotation leftward and rightward. The screw rotating unit is projected to the outside.
