摘要：
PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a hierarchical structure is provided to produce flexible hierarchical structures by arranging and stacking a silicon semiconductor, a compound semiconductor and a nano structure on a flexible target substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transfer stage(110) horizontally transfers a dummy substrate(DS). A main roller(120) stacks the fine unit(U) of the dummy substrate on a target substrate. A adhesion process unit(130) adheres the target substrate to the fine unit. The adhesion between the target substrate and the fine unit is stronger than the adhesion between the dummy substrate and the fine unit. The adhesion process unit uses a self-assembled monolayer.
