PURPOSE: An air cleaner assembly for construction heavy equipment is provided to enable a sensor to detect separation over a fixed range or the removal of sealing when a housing and a filter member are separated over the fixed range or sealing is removed. CONSTITUTION: An air cleaner assembly for construction heavy equipment comprises an air cleaner housing(102), a filter member(106), a sensor(110), an electronic controller, and a retainer(108). The filter member is installed inside the air cleaner housing. The sensor is fixed to one side of the air cleaner housing. The sensor contacts one side of the filter member. The electronic controller electrically connects to the sensor. The retainer attaches the filter member to one side of the air cleaner housing. The sensor is positioned on the contact surface between the housing and retainer and monitors the installation condition of the retainer.
