PURPOSE: A film member taking out device is provided to prevent an inhaling unit and a film member by the contacting the inhaling unit and the film member at fixed pressure. CONSTITUTION: A film member taking out device comprises a receiving unit, inhaling units(98R,98F), a gas inhaling unit system, a handling direction moveable member and an contacting direction moveable member. A film member(8), in which a notch is formed, is accepted on the receiving unit. The inhaling unit is contacted to the film member piled on the top surface. An inhaling hole is formed on the end of the inhaling unit. The gas inhaling unit system inhales the gas from each the inhaling hole. The handling direction moveable member transfers the inhaling unit to the direction in which the film member is proceed. The contacting direction moveable member transfers the inhaling unit to the film member.
