PURPOSE: A continuous activated charcoal manufacturing device is provided to manufacture activated charcoal of high quality, and to improve productivity by improving heat feeding structure and thermal cycling structure in a kiln furnace for gas activation. CONSTITUTION: A continuous activated charcoal manufacturing device comprises the following: a raw material hopper(100) in which organic raw materials(110) are stored; a first kiln furnace(200) for carbonization producing carbide(280) and in which a raw material inlet(220) and a first combustion heat inflow part(230) are formed; a second kiln furnace(300) producing porous activated charcoal(380); and a waste heat recovery part(400) in which an exhaust gas cohesion pipe(440), an exhaust gas collecting pipe(420) and a reflux pipe(430) are installed.
