摘要：
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing flame-retardant fabrics and the flame-retardant fabrics manufactured thereby are provided to offer good heat resistance with light weight, and to be used as a replacing material instead of natural leather. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing flame-retardant fabrics includes the following steps: manufacturing non-woven fabric with carbon fiber formed by carbonizing PNA based carbon fiber, Pitch based carbon fiber or Phenol-based carbon fiber; coating the non-woven fabric with coating liquid; and manufacturing the carbon fiber of oxidation fiber with polyethylene terephthalate fiber, Modacrylic febric, ceramic fiber or basalt fibre. The silicon coating liquid includes one or more components selected among lcium carbonate, aluminium hydrate, titanium dioxide, ceramic microsphere, quartz filler, magnesium oxide etc.

目的：制造阻燃织物的方法及其制造的阻燃织物，以提供较好的耐热性，重量轻，并用作替代材料代替天然皮革。 构成：制造阻燃织物的方法包括以下步骤：通过碳化PNA基碳纤维，沥青基碳纤维或苯酚基碳纤维制成的碳纤维制造无纺布; 用涂布液涂布无纺布; 并用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维，Modacrylic febric，陶瓷纤维或玄武岩纤维制造氧化纤维碳纤维。 硅涂层液包括碳酸钙，水合铝，二氧化钛，陶瓷微球，石英填料，氧化镁等中的一种以上成分。
