PURPOSE: A rolling mill including a rolling roll is provided to apply uniform stress on a key groove of the rolling roll and increase the torque of the rolling roll. CONSTITUTION: A rolling mill includes a rolling roll(31) of cylinder shape with an inner periphery(36), an outer periphery, and both sides(34). One or both of the sides has one or more key grooves(32) adjacent to the inner periphery. The rolling roll is made of cemented carbide. The width of the key groove is 12~36mm, the depth 2~6mm, and the radius curvature 10~30mm.
