摘要：
PURPOSE: An automatic recovery device for an earth leakage breaker is provided to minimize manpower and improve the rate of operation of a controller by maintaining or recovering power break according to the reason. CONSTITUTION: A leakage detector(25) receives the power from a leakage breaker(5) and detects the leakage current. A surge detector(30) detects the surge voltage in the leakage breaker. An overcurrent detector(35) detects the over current above the regular current and the regular voltage in the leakage breaker. A controller(20) maintains the break state of the earth leakage breaker if the leakage current and the overcurrent are detected. A power booster(15) boosts the voltage. A leakage release detector(40) detects the leakage according to the size of the leakage current between the grounds.
