PURPOSE: A parking-lock key apparatus including a digital number lock and a timer is provided to cope with illegal parking in a convenient way by releasing the lock of an illegal parking vehicle using the digital number key. CONSTITUTION: A parking-lock key apparatus for locking a vehicle wheel is composed of a sliding pipe structure(5) easy to lock. The parking-lock key apparatus includes a digital number lock(9) to lock and unlock a vehicle wheel using passwords, and a timer(8) which starts to count time when the digital number lock is operated.
