摘要:
A gene of enzyme related to biosynthesis of carotenoid which is derived from a living body is provided to massively and effectively synthesize the carotenoid using microorganism which is transformed by the gene. A biosynthetic enzyme of carotenoid contains one amino acid sequence selected among the sequence number 11 to 18. An expression vector for the biosynthetic enzyme of carotenoid comprises a DNA having sequences of the sequence numbers 5, 6, 29, and 30. Also, an expression vector for biosynthetic enzyme of carotenoid comprises a DNA having sequences of the sequence numbers 5, 6, 7, 29, and 30. The carotenoid is produced by culturing transformed microorganism with the expression vectors. The transformed microorganism is Escherichia coli.
