摘要：
An apparatus for transceiving control information in a cognitive radio-based wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to reduce the overhead caused by control information transmission. A sensor(504) confirms channels which have not been used by a system which gets a license through the spectrum sensing. An allocator(506) selects one of the confirmed channels as a control channel based on the channel quality of each channel. A transmitter(520) transmits the control information to terminals within a cell through the control channel.
