A rotating agriculture hose closing device is provided to authentically winds the end of hose with the simple twiddle operation. A rotating agriculture hose closing device is comprised of an outer side rotating device(10) and inner side rotating device of cylindrical. An oppression bonding groove of the fixed size is built up in the inner side of the outer side rotating device. A hose incoming groove(12) is formed in one side or the either side of the outer side rotating device. A protrusion(23) is formed in one side end shift of the inner side rotating device. A rotating lever(24) is equipped in the other one side end of the inner side rotating device. A pressure pin is equipped between the protrusion and rotating lever. The pressure pin comprises a hose through groove. A fixation pin(100) is combined in the bottom surface of the outer side rotating device. A handle rotation lever is additionally comprised in one side of the outer side rotating device. The handle rotation lever corresponds to the rotating lever of the inner side rotating device.
