A method for manufacturing a probe and a probe structure including the probe manufactured thereby are provided to form a fine part of the probe correctly by performing a press process with a plurality of molds. A probe structure includes a guide member(310), a probe(20), a first metal film, and an encapsulating material(330) etc. The guide member has a penetration hole. The probe is comprised of a preliminary probe and the first metal film. The probe is fixed and inserted into the penetration hole. The preliminary probe includes a tip part contacting with an object and a terminal part. The first metal film is equipped on the surface of the probe, and has intensity higher than the intensity of the preliminary probe. The encapsulating material is equipped on the guide member.
