摘要：
A handover overhead and a preamble design method for reducing a message overhead in a cellular system of a hierarchy structure are provided to simplify a scanning procedure when handover of MS(Mobile Station) and reduce a message overhead for handover procedure between base stations. A preamble including a first ID is comprised. The first ID classifies the cell of nodes. A second preamble including a second ID is comprised. The second ID classifies the sub cell of the nodes having the same first ID. The first preamble and the second preamble are allocated in the different symbol.
