摘要:
A dielectric ceramic composition and an electronic device are provided to show high rated voltage(100V or greater) and good breakdown voltage while containing BaTiO3 and BaZrO3. A dielectric ceramic composition comprises a plurality of dielectric particles(20) and grain boundary phases(30). A first dielectric particle(21) is a dielectric particle containing BaTiO3 as a main component. A second dielectric particle(22) is a dielectric particle containing BaZrO3 as a main component. D1 indicates average crystal grain size of the first dielectric particle. D2 indicates average crystal grain size of the second dielectric particle. The ratio of D2 to D1(D2/D1) is 0.04~0.33. The D2 is 0.02~0.25mum. The ratio of the sum of the first dielectric particles to the sum of the second dielectric particles is 0.10~2.
