A foldable MP3 player is provided to have the transportation and custody facilitated and to reduce the production cost by manufacturing the MP3 player to be foldable. A foldable MP3 player comprises: a case(10); and a control board(50) adhered inside the case. Function buttons(40a,40b,40d and 40f) connecting to the control board, an earphone hole and an USB terminal(20) are installed at an edge of the case. The control board is installed at a center of folding in two dimension development view.
