A Bokbunja vinegar beverage containing functional components is provided to show anticancer activity, antimicrobial effect and anti-arteriosclerosis effect. A method for preparing a Bokbunja vinegar beverage comprises the following steps of: heating, squeezing and sterilizing Bokbunja and removing cellulose from the Bokbunja using an enzyme; filtering the Bokbunja extracts and adding yeast to the Bokbunja extracts in order to alcohol-ferment the mixture; adding acetic acid bacteria to the mixture and sterilizing and filtering the mixture to obtain Bokbunja vinegar; and mixing the Bokbunja vinegar and functional components. The yeast represents Saccharomyces cerevisiae 7905.
