摘要:
A film elongating method, a film elongating device and a solution casting method are provided to give the retardation to a required surface while controlling non-uniformity of the retardation in the surface in a width direction. An elongating process is performed in a TAC film(3) by a tenter part(5). The side edge of the TAC film is slit by a slitting part(12). The slit edge of the TAC film is cut by a cut blower(13). The TAC film is heat-processed by a release chamber(6) for reducing the stress. The TAC film is cooled down below 30 degrees centigrade by a cooling chamber(7). The TAC film is pressed and wound around a winding roller by a winding chamber.
