A manufacturing method for a pre-form for a multi-layered bottle having excellent transparency and gas barrier property are provided to reduce the contents of barrier resin by using nano polyamide composite, and use the existing injection/blow processing equipment. A manufacturing method for a pre-form for a multi-layered bottle having excellent transparency and gas barrier property comprises a step of drying nanocomposite at the moisture regain of 50~400ppm; and a step of forming a multi-layered pre-form by melting resin at a polyester barrel under the temperature of 290~295°C and a nano-complex injection barrel under the temperature of 270~285°C, and injecting polyester and nanocomposite simultaneously. A nanocomposite manufacturing method comprises a step of drying amorphous semi polyamide homopolymer and copolymer or mixture of the amorphous semi polyamide homopolymer and copolymer at the moisture regain of 50~400ppm for 4~5 hours; a step of mixing polyamide and layered silicate of 0.5~10wt.% for more than one hour; and a step of manufacturing nanocomposite including layered silicate using an extruder.
